Eligible items may be returned to the address above within 30 days of your purchase date. Please complete and include this Pickleball | Eat. Sleep. Play.® Returns & Exchanges Form. Refunds take 3-5 business days to show in your account. We will send you an email with your refund information. If we sent you an email with refund information, and you do not receive your funds, please contact your bank. Refunds and exchanges will not be honored on items damaged due to natural wear and tear or improper use.

Items unacceptable for return:

• Sale items ("Sale" tab on website)
• Stickers and decals
• Non-defective washed items
• Non-defective worn items

Improper use & wear: washing, getting wet, cutting, etc...
